We are Paul and Rebecca Williamson, and we've been together for over 20 years, having successful careers as a Hydraulic Design / Project Engineer and a Biomedical Scientist. These professions have equipped us with valuable skills that we can now apply to our property company.

Throughout our careers, we've acquired essential transferable skills, including project management, budget management and team leadership. We have experience handling high-value projects with tight deadlines and have developed excellent organisational and communication skills through our interactions with all stake holders.

To ensure we're well-prepared for the continually changing property industry, we've invested significantly into our personal development to guarantee we have the tools, mindset and knowledge to succeed. With this in mind all our projects comply with CDM regulations and are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

We firmly believe in the importance of continuous learning, which is why we actively participate as members of the Property Investment Academy (PIA) and regularly attend networking events. These opportunities enable us to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and expand our knowledge base.
